Project based on real workplace issues where learners are provided the opportunity to address these issues and find solutions to actual day-to-day problems. 2. Participants complete various assignments and work life issues addressing specific team, managerial and personal needs as highlighted by the organisation. Continual involvement throughout the learning process motivates learners to complete the activities, as assignments are discussed during the follow-up contact sessions. 3.
