Explain to me your Workshop Approach and Workplace Evaluation methodology 1. Training content and evaluation of learners are both Customized based on the specific needs of the target group. 2. Other stakeholders are involved in the evaluation process, such as peers, subordinate and managers, which in effect, provides useful information towards improvement. 3. Project based on real workplace issues where learners are provided the opportunity to address these issues and find solutions to actual day-to-day problems. 4. Participants complete various assignments and work life issues addressing specific team, managerial and personal needs as highlighted by the organisation. Continual involvement throughout the learning process motivates learners to complete the activities, as assignments are discussed during the follow-up contact sessions. 5.
